To begin a chat session:

Chat with a librarian using Instant Messaging to ask questions and get answers. To begin a chat, simply type your question into the chat box at the bottom left-hand side of the page. A chat box is available on every page of the OCLS Web site.

Please note that if you'd like to order specific articles or books, it's best to submit your request using our Request Form (ILLiad).  This will ensure that we have all the information we need to process your order quickly.

What to do if chat is unavailable:
