Reference Hours
The librarians are available during scheduled reference hours. Reference requests are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt; requests received after hours via email or online form will be processed within 24 - 48 hours.
What Services Do the Librarians Provide?
OCLS librarians can help with research by:
- providing direction in finding appropriate sources
- providing assistance using electronic resources
- helping to find the proper terminology to effectively search databases
- giving instruction in library use
- answering reference questions
- searching databases to find citations to books and articles
- providing assistance with properly citing sources
