This service is for Off-Campus students, staff, and faculty only.
Use this form for reference and research questions only. Request specific articles and books from the
Document Delivery Office.
Please give us as much information as possible so we can help you more efficiently.
You will receive a response from an OCLS Librarian within 1 business day, except on holidays and weekends. If you do not have a response
within that time period, please call us at 1-800-274-3838.
You can check the status of a question submitted; you will need the e-mail address you submitted with the question, along with the password
that was e-mailed to you.
