Poster Sessions
Poster Requirements
The conference will provide a table. Easels, a board to attach items, a computer and internet access are available if you request them through the AV form. You need to bring all other supplies such as stick pins, tape etc.
All poster sessions will be held on Thursday afternoon, April 24th in Canyon Rooms AB. Please be prepared to have your poster set up before the session begins (TBA). Plan to be at your table for the entire time (1 hour 10 minutes) to answer questions and explain your research.
If you are using a computer the information should be loaded before your session. Fill out the AV form for this service.

An articulate, expressive poster will contain only the crucial points of the research. Traditional elements include:
An Introduction – objectives, context and hypotheses or predictions
Methods—subjects, study site, and protocol
Results – including graphs, display of electronic content etc.
Discussion and conclusions – Why the findings are significant
Acknowledgements and references
