Conference Registration
The online registration form can be used as an online form with a credit
card payment or mailed with a check. Purchase orders must include the billing address.
- The registration fee is $335.00 and is due by March 7, 2008.
- The conference rate for presenters is $300.00 and is due by
February 5, 2008. - Late registration after March 8, 2008 is $360.00.
Meal Ticket for Guests
The reception, Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch, are included for conference attendees. Thursday night Dine-outs are paid by the attendee. Meal packages for each non-conference person are available. The Wednesday evening reception/speaker is $50.00. A complete meal package for the reception, Thursday and Friday breakfast and lunch is $200.00.
Proceedings
If you are unable to attend the conference the registration form may be used to order the proceedings.
Confirmations
All registrants will receive an instant confirmation when the form is submitted. A receipt will be emailed to you within a week of your submission.
Cancellations
Cancellations received before March 7, 2008 will receive a 100% refund.
Those received by April 1, 2008 will receive a 50% refund. There will be no
refunds after April 1, 2008.

Central Michigan University sponsors the Off-Campus Library Services Conference. CMU is not liable and accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or losses for any reason on and off the conference premises.
