The conference hotel is the Savannah Hyatt Regency.  This large hotel has rooms for all conference attendees.  Your patronage keeps conference expenses down.  The hotel’s special Off-Campus Library Services Conference online registration is available from the hotel’s web site or call 1-800-233-1234 and request the Off-Campus Library Services Conference rates.

Room rates

  Single/Double:  $139.00 plus tax

  Triple: $164.00  plus tax

  Quadruple $189.00  plus tax

These rates are available for the dates 4/25/06 through 4/28/06.  Call the number above for additional nights.  The Hyatt accepts American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Please reserve your room before Friday, March 24, 2006.  After this date, reservations will be taken on a space and rate availability basis only.  All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax fee.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Room assignments prior to that time are on an availability basis.  Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
