For your convenience and to facilitate easy transitions between presentations, we will load your presentation on one of our computers before the conference. Please send your presentation to Dan Gall by April 12, 2006 using one of the following methods.

Note for Poster Sessions: Each poster session computer will have Windows, MS Office and speakers. Internet access will not be available for poster sessions. Please check the poster session box on this form and use the "other equipment" section on this form to tell me what software (PowerPoint, Flash, etc.) we will need. Make sure to send your source files by April 12th, 2006 so I can load and test them. Thanks, Dan.
