Hazel Davis is a faculty librarian and the library director at Rio Salado College, a non-traditional community college whose student body currently includes 25,000 online students. Her responsibilities include supervision of the copyright department, which procures copyright clearance and licensing for all materials used in the college’s distance learning courses. She also regularly teaches workshops to educate faculty about copyright issues and processes, particularly in the online course environment.
