The Technology Showcase will be held on Thursday afternoon, April 29th. Showcase participants should be prepared to set up their display at least fifteen minutes before the session begins, and remain at their table for the entire session (1 hour 10 minutes) to answer questions and demonstrate your product or service.
- Showcase participants are required to register for the conference at the presenter rate.
- The conference host will provide a table and power supply.
- Participants are responsible for bringing their own laptop; wireless internet access is available.
- Displays may include brochures and handouts, along with a sign-up sheet or business cards to record interest or follow-up.
- Requests and/or inquiries for additional items should be directed through the A/V Request page.
